Website Plans and Pricing

Division of ownership

Upon payment, the client("you") will provide Shorecel Web Services Ltd.("us", "we", "our") with domain registrar credentials(Godaddy, Domains.com, etc...), so we may attach our name servers to your domain. We recommend you change your password to a temporary one before providing us with your credentials. Once we have completed our work, you may change your password back. You will retain full ownership of your domain, and the website and all copyrights will remain property of Shorecel Web Services Ltd.

Payment

Once terms are agreed upon, you will be sent an invoice for $500. This is a non-refundable deposit, and will be deducted from your first few initial payments. Once the initial deposit is used up, we will charge your credit card on file according to the plan you have chosen, on or around the day of the website's initial launch. If there is a problem with your payment, you will have 8 business days to resolve the issue before your website is taken offline. Only once the outstanding balance is paid will your website be restored.

Content updates and design changes

You are entitled to 1, 2, or 4 hours of design time per month, depending on the plan you have chosen. This time can be used for content updates, design changes, or any other work you would like done on your website. If you do not use all of your design time in a given month, it will not roll over to the next month. If you would like to purchase additional design time, it will be billed at $70/hour.

Cancellation

Our relationship is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with our service. If the contract is terminated by you, before the end of the term, you will be charged the remaining balance on the term.

After the contract has ended, you will have the option to continue leasing the website on a month-to-month basis. If you choose to do so, you will be charged the same monthly rate as your previous plan, and will be entitled to the same amount of design time. If you choose not to continue leasing the website, you will be given the option to purchase the website for a one-time fee, outlined in the contract. You will then be given a zip file containing all source code, media and the most recent database image.

After 24 months of service, the buyout fee will be waived.

Shorecel reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time, for any reason.
