Division of ownership
Upon payment, the client("you") will provide Shorecel("us", "we", "our") with domain registrar credentials(Godaddy, Domains.com, etc...), so we may attach our name servers to your domain. We recommend you change your password to a temporary one before providing us with your credentials. Once we have completed our work, you may change your password back. You will retain full ownership of your domain.
Payment
*GST/PST not included in prices
Once payment is received, we will activate your email hosting service. You will then be billed every month, on or around the same day of the month as your initial payment. If there is a problem with your payment, you will have 14 days to resolve the issue before your email hosting service is suspended.
Support
We will provide you with support for your email hosting service. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@shorecel.com.
Cancellation
Our relationship with you is important to us. However, we understand business needs change. You may cancel your email hosting service at any time. If you cancel your email hosting service, you will be billed for the remainder of the month. We will then remove our name servers from your domain and you will be responsible for managing your domain.
